Connect to Cure

Ayokay worked with several different stakeholders to create Connect to Cure, a project designed to help individuals connect to care coordinators across Indiana to get tested and treated for hepatitis C. Ayokay crafted a user-friendly website that served as a crucial tool in connecting people with testing and cure locations across Indiana. To effectively raise awareness, Ayokay implemented compelling and informative ads that educated visitors about hepatitis C, dispelled myths, and emphasized the benefits of early diagnosis and treatment. The website, ad campaigns, and social media channels connect individuals to essential care services and empower them to take steps towards a healthier future free from hepatitis C.
